Overview

iLab is STEM College's platform for managing access to specialist equipment, laboratories, services and technical capabilities. It provides a single, consistent system for requesting services, booking shared resources, managing approvals, tracking utilisation and maintaining auditable records of activity.

By replacing local spreadsheets, emails and disparate booking processes, iLab improves visibility of capability across the College, supports more effective resource planning, enhances governance and enables consistent service delivery. The platform also provides valuable utilisation data to inform asset management, investment decisions, maintenance planning and future infrastructure requirements.

The implementation of iLab forms part of STEM College's broader digital uplift, supporting improved operational efficiency, customer experience and evidence-based decision making.
